Where is the store based?

We are located in beautiful Austin, Texas.

What is this store's return and exchange policy?

No returns or exchanges are accepted and you cannot cancel orders once they have been placed so be certain before you buy. No exceptions.

Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

Yes! We ship worldwide! No need to email and ask.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Handmade items: please be prepared to wait anywhere between 1 to 2 months for us to hand-make and ship out your order if it includes a handmade product! Because most of our products are made-to-order, we want to make our customers aware of the possibility of this wait time. We are doing our very best to keep processing times low and working very hard to get as many orders done as quickly as possible without sacrificing quality!

Keep in mind we hand-make each piece of lingerie on our own and this can take some time depending on how many other orders we have at the time! You are investing in a unique and special handmade piece! Once your order has shipped you will receive a confirmation email with tracking (tracking is available for orders shipped within the US only).

Non-Handmade items: All non-handmade items will be shipped out ASAP typically within a week of your order being placed. If your order contains a handmade item and a non-handmade item, both of them will be shipped out together once the handmade item is ready. To avoid longer processing times, you can make two separate purchases but you will have to pay for shipping on both of those orders instead of just once for a combined order. Please keep this in mind while ordering because an order can not be changed once placed!

Do you take custom orders?

What is my bra size converted to in your sizing (U.S)

Do you carry my size?

Please do not email asking if we carry your size. All of the sizes carried are clearly listed in the shop. If the product doesn't have your size listed then that means we do not carry it. We are working very hard to continue to grow our size range! Thank you for looking!

What are the care instructions for your lingerie?

All handmade pieces are HANDWASH ONLY with cold water and mild soap (lay flat to air dry). Like most delicate pieces, washing machines and dryers will destroy the integrity of the fabric and the elastic. Please be very gentle with these handmade pieces and do not tug or strain them more than needed when putting them on or taking them off.
